Lioness Communication Coaching (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit lionesscommunication.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message when you contact us.
- Booking: when you schedule a session or consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter there.
- Newsletter: if you sign up, our email provider (Mailchimp) stores your name and email address so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Purchases and payments: payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
- Comments: the name, email and comment you enter, plus your IP address and browser details to help prevent spam (Akismet).
- Technical data: like most websites, our host and security services (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, MalCare, Sucuri) process your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and, only if you allow them, cookies for functionality, statistics (Jetpack/WordPress.com stats) and embedded content such as our Instagram feed and videos from YouTube. You can change your choices at any time with the cookie settings button on every page. Our cookie banner also honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, who help us run the website and our business, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and client records only as long as we need them to work with you or as required by law. Comments are kept until they are removed. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
